It would be most cost-effective to ship these via Media Mail. The internet is great, but there's a case to be made for real reference books, especially for children in elementary or even middle school! The 7 binders with their cards weighs over 25 pounds. We began collecting these in 1994 - and both of my sons used them consistently throughout elementary school for reports, projects, diorama information, and just learning about wildlife and conservation. Some of the cards may have creases, or tears where they insert into the binder - but 99% of them are fully intact.
Some of the binders have some light fading on the front covers and spines, but they are not creased or bent.
Both the binders and the hundreds cards are in VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT condition.
